Now we're planning to have an exhibition in Yokohama!
"AOZORA Photo Exhibition in YOKOHAMA" recruits photographers to join us!
"AOZORA Photo Exhibition" will join internationally renowned "PHOTO YOKOHAMA 2011".
The space is about 3,000 ㎡, from Yokohama Museum of Art to Pacifico Yokohama, where "CP+ 2011" (*) will be held.
(*) CP+ is one of the biggest exhibitions about photo imaging in Asia. All interested parties regarding photo imaging will visit. 41,033 people came in 2010.
We will display the photos from CP+ to Minatomirai station, which is the closest station to CP+.

"AOZORA Photo Exhibition in YOKOHAMA"
1. No postponement or cancellation
This exhibition is open-air, but we will not postpone or cancel even if it rains.
2. Various display styles
We will display photos in various styles, along with the characteristic of the space.
3. Easy submission
You can submit the photos by only uploading the data. We will print the photos and postcard with water repellent process.
4. Only 3,000 Yen to join
Participation fee is from 3,000 yen for 1 unit (2 photos), which is usually 5,000 yen. You can submit up to 5units (10 photos).
5. Various events
We will have some events you can join during the exhibition days.
6. Donation
We will donate all the sales to medical institutions in Yokohama (50%), Red Cross (25%) and Friedensdorf International (25%).

Saturday, February 12th, 2011 10:00 - 17:00
■ Location: Open space near Yokohama Museum of Art in Yokohama, Kanagawa.

■ Condition to participate: Please understand the purpose of this exhibition (charity exhibition) and consent the donation of the sales.
■ Participation fee: 3,000 yen per 1 unit (2 photos). Up to 5 units (10 photos) for 15,000 yen.
(This fee will be used for facility cost, operating cost and includes printing fee for photos and postcards.)
■ Theme of the photos: There is no specific common theme for photos.
* They should be appropriate to be exhibited in public (Not offensive to any attendees) and pleasant to receive from anyone as a gift.
* We may refuse to display the photos which are considered to be offensive or not suitable for "AOZORA Photo Exhibition in YOKOHAMA"
■ Exhibition Photos:
*Please send the data file of the photo through the submission form which will be informed later.
*We will use the data and photos only for "AOZORA Photo Exhibition in Yokohama". We won't use for any other purposes.
*The aspect ratio of the images should be 3:2 or 4:3 which are most common in still camera photography.
*Data size should be more than 3,000 x 2,000 pixels. (Around 5,000 x 3,500 pixels are recommended.)
*We will use the data to print photos in A3 or similar size and postcards.
Photos will be sold for 1,000 yen each and postcards for 100 yen each.
We will sell unsold postcards at the future AOZORA Photo Exhibition.
* We will print photos and postcard with water repellent process and display.
*Please note that printed photos and postcards will not be returned.
